- What the Early Bride Program is
The Early Bride Program is a priority booking program for brides who confirm their order at least 4 months before their wedding date. Slots are limited to 8–10 per season. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the token amount.
- Booking and token amount
A non-refundable token amount of ₹10,000 is required to secure your Early Bride slot. This amount will be adjusted against your final invoice. Your slot, your price, and your program benefits are locked from the date the token is received.
The slot is held for 48 hours after your consultation call. If the token amount is not received within 48 hours, the slot is released and made available to other brides. No exceptions.
- Eligibility and booking window
The Early Bride Program is available to brides with a wedding date between 4 and 6 months from the date of booking. Production must commence within 6 months of the booking date.
If production has not commenced within 6 months due to delays on the client's side, Famous Letterpress reserves the right to review the locked price and slot availability. The token amount remains non-refundable in all such cases.
- Change of wedding date
Price lock and program benefits apply to the original wedding date provided at booking. Any change in wedding date must be communicated to Famous Letterpress immediately and in writing. A change in wedding date may affect slot availability and pricing.
- Minimum order value
The minimum print and production value for the Early Bride Program is ₹50,000. This excludes the following which will be charged separately:
— Design charges
— GST
— Shipping.
The ₹10,000 token amount paid at booking will be deducted from your final invoice. It is not an additional charge on top of your order value.
- Price lock
Your quoted price is locked from the date of booking. Price lock applies strictly to the original brief and specifications agreed at the time of booking.
Any changes to the order, including paper type, quantity, design scope, finishing techniques, suite elements, or wedding date, will affect the locked price.
- When work begins
Design begins as soon as you provide written approval to proceed. Full payment of the remaining balance must be received before production goes to press. Famous Letterpress will not proceed to print without confirmation of full payment. The ₹10,000 token amount is adjusted against the final invoice at this stage.
- Design rounds
The Early Bride Program includes 3 rounds of design revisions. Additional revision rounds beyond the third are charged at ₹2,000 per round. This charge will be confirmed in writing before the additional round begins.
- Approval and production
All design approvals must be given in writing. Email or WhatsApp message is accepted and binding. Famous Letterpress is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the client.
- Cancellation by the client
The ₹10,000 token amount is non-refundable under all circumstances if the client cancels the order. If the order is cancelled after production has begun, the client is liable for all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
- Cancellation by Famous Letterpress
If Famous Letterpress is unable to fulfil your order due to a fault on our side, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued promptly.
- Force majeure
In circumstances beyond Famous Letterpress' reasonable control, including natural disasters, equipment failure, fire, flood, or supply chain disruption, Famous Letterpress will communicate immediately and work with the client to find a fair resolution.
- Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs are borne by the client and will be added to the final invoice. Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and are outside the control of Famous Letterpress. Famous Letterpress' responsibility ends at dispatch.
- What is included
Every Early Bride booking includes the first print off the press, the Misamishi reel, three design revision rounds, and price lock as described in these terms.
- Slots and availability
Early Bride slots are limited to 8–10 per season. Famous Letterpress reserves the right to close the program once all slots are filled and may open additional slots at its discretion.
- Communication
All order communication must be in writing through email or WhatsApp. Verbal agreements are not binding on either party.
- Governing law and acceptance
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nagaland, India. By paying the ₹10,000 token amount, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
